Marla Stamm, LCSW
My therapeutic Approach:
Are you suffering from anxiety, depression, addiction or experiencing problems in your relationships? Are you looking for a safe and comfortable place where you can talk freely and openly? I focus on providing you with an empathetic connection that will allow you to feel accepted, valued, understood and respected. You can look forward to each day, once again knowing you’re going to be productive and feel confident, calm, hopeful, encouraged and optimistic.

My primary approach is Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Together, we will explore your thoughts/beliefs followed by your consideration of changing them to a more therapeutically helpful thought/belief. I also focus on evoking strength, courage, hope and motivation. And if you choose to take an active role in your therapy, results are sure to follow. I approach couples and families therapy using my training with Emotionally Focused Therapy(EFT).
